Profit SMEs context as we can see in Northern Italy profit organization, is highly competitive and with increasing level of internal and external conflict. Market performances are influenced not only by those that can be defined as “economic” variables, but also by “non-economic” variables. As we know, it is possible to identify in every organization at least two different kind of defining elements: the hard one and the soft one. The first is concerning those elements such as organization chart or financial dimension and budget plans; the soft ones are those elements less concrete, visible or numeric than the hard ones, but as important in influencing the economic performances of the organization. Some examples of these soft dimensions can be seen in the concepts of organizational wellness and organizational culture
