The article investigates and testes via single and specific case analysis the possible effectiveness of conceptual frameworks extracted from the metaphorical depiction of behaviour as human and social drama to the study and the interpretation of new restaurant consumption models as experiences and “eatertainment”. Both with respect to fast or slow service, the catering service provides a script where the “eatertainment” is the result of a striking interaction between the customer and staff service “on the stage”. In consideration of the different kind of performance put on the show, can be classified new foodservice business model.
