La deixis locativa en los textos orales transcritos en ámbito judicial

The function of deixis in oral texts transcribed can acquire a special relevance when helps to restore the spatial and temporal relationships a posteriori. This “added value” depends on the specific field of creation and fruition of the texts and on their multimodal reproduction. Following the perspective of pragmalinguistic analysis, and framing the deixis in an interactional and dialogic approach, this paper aims to approach the possible pragmatic values of locative deixis either in monologues and dialogic texts transcribed for legal reasons. Through a double level analysis-a level of enunciation in the oral text and a second level in its transcription- it can be observed the pragmatic value that the deictic can acquire when the hic, the nunc and the ego are lost.
