This chapter examines the integration of sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) into luxury hospitality, with a focus on the Hotel Principe di Savoia in Milan as a case study. As part of the Dorchester Collection, this iconic property demonstrates how luxury hospitality can balance ecological, social, and cultural sustainability without compromising its premium status. The analysis addresses three research questions: the integration of sustainability into luxury offerings, the authenticity of such efforts beyond mere marketing, and the existence of a distinct "Italian way" of sustainable luxury hospitality. The findings highlight the pivotal role of employees in embedding CSR into guest interactions, emphasizing the co-creation of meaningful experiences aligned with "Made in Italy" values. Additionally, the chapter explores the hotel's adaptive CSR practices during the COVID-19 pandemic, which fostered resilience and organizational commitment.
