Abstract

Giovanni Raboni was the first Italian poet to translate Les Fleurs du mall into verse. Over twenty-six years, from 1973 too 1999, he completed five editions of Baudelaire's poetry, considering each one as a work in progress. In my artifice, I aim at illustrating how he approached Baudelaire and his translating choices.
