La transizione intergenerazionale nelle piccole e medie imprese (PMI): un'analisi della letteratura sull'argomento

The present study constitutes a review relative to the theoretical references present in literature on the topic of the transfer of business. The scope is to put in evidence the complexity of the entire successory process, characterizing some studies that better than others can supply useful interpretative keys to us to the positive resolution of the phenomenon considered. To face in an integrated way this delicate organizational phase demands necessarily the punctual decode of the single strongly interconnected aspects and the necessity to comprise the detailed problematics of the involved protagonists: the enterprise, the family, the entrepreneur, the heir and all the persons who work in company.
