The book deals with representations of the Israel-Palestinian conflict, combining media studies and history. The first part discusses how media have presented war issues (2023/24) analysing a sample of Italian press, regarding both written and visual texts, and social media. The second part assumes an historical perspective and discusses the changes in representations of the Israeli-Palestinian issue starting from 1948. Overall, the book aims at presenting the multiple layers which media have adopted in reporting the conflict.
