The essay aims at analyzing the effects of the pandemic in the Museum environment. Indeed, the Pandemic has not changed the core business of museums, however, what has changed is the way of relating to its audiences and the importance attributed to audience development which, even in cities rich in art, returns to be the resident and local public. In Museum sector, is going on a transition from a collection-centred model to an audience-centred one.

Abstract
