This study proposes a CEFR–based, variation–driven, and ICT–assisted model for TAFL as a response to the challenges faced by the discipline vis–à–vis the sociolinguistic reality of the contemporary Arab world. The original theoretical construct of the work represents its main contribution to TAFL against both classical mono–variety approaches and more recent proposals for varieties integration.
