La continuità competitiva nel family business: valori a confronto. Auto ed etero-percezioni tra generazioni imprenditoriali

The present contribution deepens both in terms of search and of participation the study on the role of the entrepreneur and the entrepreneurial family as guarantors of the going on of the business activity. The job, taking cue from a successory problem analysis in the territorial context of the northeast Italy, realizes in the heterodox administration of the instrument WIS/SVP (Work Importance Study/Professional Values Scales) to 15 braces of entrepreneurs (father and son) directly been involved in the phase of transition. The aim of the idea is to use such instrument like factor of comparison between the two subjects in order to increase the acquaintance (personal and mutual) to the professional values that they consider important in their working activity.
