This paper aims to address two different types of tourism widely spoken of today: slow tourism and creative tourism. We will begin by defining these two concepts and outlining the link between them. We will thereby try to identify the motivations that lead people to practice or seek this kind of tourism. We will than analyse the types of travel that are closest to these two models; those that are rooted in the past, such as pilgrimages, ethnical tourism and cultural tourism, leading up to today in the aim to analyse the offer through both the different forms of hospitality that are best suited to promote slow and creative tourism, and through the initiatives and activities that place the tourist in contact with the territories, cultures and local populations. Finally, we will provide a few examples of the offer put forth by creative cities and territories.

Abstract
Finally, we will provide a few examples of the offer put forth by creative cities and territories.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
