Abstract
When young people start thinking about their future, they imagine for themselves what they think is best and most appealing. Perhaps not easily achievable, but however ambitious the dream may be, it always appears to be possible. It is the project for their lives. It is a wonderful moment when we lay bare our deepest aspirations and look for that glimmer of hope, that minute sign telling us that the future will be wonderful. An extraordinary driving force that finds such fertile ground in Milan that young people are attracted from all Italy, as they have been throughout the ages, although three ages in particular have left their mark: the age of the land, the age of the car and, lastly, the age of the global market. In this paper we shall cite many personalities who have made the city great in numerous sectors of creativity and science. History has on many occasions shown us how many projects that were considered utopian were not actually completely impracticable. It has shown us that dreaming and daring is the most reasonable and fertile way to progress.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
