Due incontri interrotti: "Quando l'ombra scende" di Dino Buzzati e "Una flor amarilla" di Julio Cortázar a confronto

In the XX century the theme of the double becomes the vehicle to investigate the human psychology, to study the interior laceration of the modern human being and to show the different approaches created during the meeting with the other. In this study Quando l’ombra scende by Dino Buzzati and Una flor amarilla by Julio Cortázar are compared and their similarities are striking. Both have revisited the theme of the double and they have linked it with the theme of disorientation and anxiety of modern human being.

Nel Novecento il tema del doppio diventa una modalità per indagare la psiche umana, per studiare le lacerazioni interiori dell’uomo moderno e per mostrare i diversi approcci messi in atto durante l’incontro con l’altro da sé. In questo studio vengono messi a confronto i racconti Quando l’ombra scende di Dino Buzzati e Una flor amarilla di Julio Cortázar perche le affinità tra i due testi sono sorprendenti. Entrambi hanno rivisitato il tema del doppio collegandolo con le tematiche del turbamento e del disorientamento dell’uomo moderno.
