MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN IULM AND The Kazakh National University of Arts (Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan)

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) beetween IULM and Kakakh National University of Arts is intended to express the intent of the parties to explore possible avenues of collaboration in connection with the Parties’ desire to establish cultural and research opportunities. Until a subsequent definitive agreement is executed by the Parties setting forth the Parties’ respective collaborative efforts, no party shall have any legally binding obligations to any other. This MOU is not intended to constitute a binding agreement to consummate any transaction or collaborative effort and no party shall have any obligation or liability to any other for expenses or otherwise. Any obligation or liability to be undertaken by any party will require and must be set forth in a separate and subsequent definitive agreement. The Parties agree to develop the collaborative activities in the following areas of mutual interest, on a basis of equality and reciprocity: • Promotion of research co-operation • Raising awareness and recognition of the importance of sharing knowledge, best practices and R&D activities • Conducting lectures and organising symposia
